The husband had to work the late shift at work so I took myself to my favorite yarn store as a Halloween treat. It's over an hour and two counties away but it was a GORGEOUS fall drive out in the country. I got some Lettlopi to make a Nova Sweater. When I was smaller I used to make myself a new lopapeysa every year and I've been missing that tradition. I cast on last night and made the double knit collar before deciding that it was too thick and close-fitting for my taste. I'll cast on again tonight and just do a few ribs of garter stitch.
